Berberine played a crucial role in helping me overcome a weight loss plateau that I had encountered.

I have tried many different brands and none have the effect that this one does when it comes to my sugar levels. I have had a few cheat days and these help me stay on track. I eat clean enough most of the time but when I want to indulge, I no longer have to worry :)

I have been using Berberine for many years now. The only medication I take for my diabetes 2 is Glipizide and, of course, Berberine. My doctor had never heard about Berberine when I introduced it to him years ago, but when he saw how good it worked, he was glad and took me off the hard-core drugs. On my last visit with my doctor, he entered the room saying, "I'm hearing more about Berberine;" I just smiled. I guess they're catching up. You make a great product. Thank you. My A1C is 5.1

I’ve tried a few brands of Berberine and I’m not sure if it’s the Berberine or the Resveratrol (both Toniiq brand) or a combination of both, but my appetite has significantly reduced since starting these. Especially the sugar cravings! I don’t write reviews often, but wanted to write this one in case it could help someone else out. I really have more hope that I can conquer some of my binge eating issues!
