Returns and Refund Policy

Because your satisfaction is one of our top priorities, we want you to be able to experience Toniiq products completely risk-free. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on the first bottle of any Toniiq supplement you purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied within 60 days of delivery, we’ll refund the full product cost (excluding shipping).

For multi-packs of the same supplement, the money-back guarantee applies to one bottle only.

Instead of returning your Toniiq product to us, please feel free to pass it on to a family member or friend. We'd rather someone else enjoy it than create more CO₂ emissions.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Toniiq.com. If you purchased a Toniiq product through another retailer—such as Amazon, iHerb or Faire—please refer to that retailer’s return and refund policy and contact their support team directly.

To initiate your refund, please email contact@toniiq.com with your Order ID and the specific product. A refund of the product cost will be issued to the same payment method used, less shipping charges.

Order Accuracy & Subscription Renewals

Toniiq is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check all shipping information before completing your purchase, as we are unable to refund or replace orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

For subscription orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged. Our fulfillment system begins processing quickly to ensure fast delivery, and once a renewal has been processed and is in progress at our warehouse, it is not eligible for a refund.

Additional Information

    • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
    • If that method is no longer available, the refund will be forfeited.
    • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
    • Toniiq cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.
